Everything is included in the price. You always have exclusive access to the entire house with garden, so it is not shared with other guests.

We do not charge extra for high season, organic breakfast, cleaning, consumption (gas, wood, electricity) or the use of regular bicycles. We also provide all kitchen, bed and bath linen for you.

Children up to 3 years old can stay for free in a cot (for children from 4 years old we provide a full bed and breakfast). If you would like a normal bed for your child (<4y), we will be happy to provide this at an additional cost of €10.

You can arrive from 4 pm and stay until 11:30 am. If you want to enjoy the afterglow or arrive earlier, you can request this (if possible) and pay a small extra

TIP: Give an overnight stay as a gift! We make a receipt and pack it in a nice box. Can be picked up in our shop or can be sent by post (€6 shipping costs in Belgium).

We do not allow pets, nor is smoking allowed in the cottage.
